Garden Consultation

A Garden consultation is a great way to start to get to know your garden and all of the plants that grow in your outdoor spaces. We will identify your existing plants and trees so you know what you have to start with. We will evaluate the plantings and advise on additional plants to accent what you have or suggest which plants should be moved or replaced. Plants overall health will be observed and solutions presented if a problem is discovered. We will also take a look at the irrigation and identify issues or suggest the appropriate system if one is not in place. Seasonal maintenance tips, fertilizing and, compost applications will be provided. Design services are available as well for a design fee which is based on the size of the landscape.

Garden Design

Whether you need a landscape upgrade or just want to wipe the slate clean and start over we can help. Much of my background is design orientated from my 15 years at Cornerstone Sonoma ( listed in the book: 1001 Gardens You Must See Before You Die) or my early college years in art and graphic design before I switched over to Horticulture. My designs feature an elegant mix of native and ornamental plants to create gardens that are lower maintenance and tolerant of drought conditions. I strive to listen carefully to what kind of space the homeowner wants, we are creating a new enviroment, a new world so to speak. What kind of world do you want to enjoy at home?

Landscape Management

Do you already have a basic gardener but your garden doesn’t seem to thrive? Do you maintain your own landscape and just need some guidance? We can create a custom maintenance schedule to optimize your garden and get the most out of your garden, which can often be lacking in special plant care, proper and timely pruning, fertilizing, and irrigation maintenance. Our custom Annual Landscape Maintenance plans will make your garden the beautiful, thriving outdoor space you’ve always wanted. We also offer personal garden management where we perform weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check ups on your garden. Included is a detailed report that lists upcoming tasks for your gardener to execute. From ornamental gardens to culinary gardens we manage it all. We encourage the use of organic materials to keep your garden safe for your family and pets. Fee based on the size of the landscape and how many check up visits are requested.
